Netcracker’s Project Enablement Team is a global team with people on all continents, which’s working to provide the fastest delivery possible for the firm’s products and make our customers (and ourselves) happy with reduced operation costs and fastest time to market.

Our project portfolio includes a variety of successful on-site deliveries for the biggest telecom businesses across the world. The tools we use to produce this result are developed with a bunch of industry standard technologies (like tf, Jenkins, Gitlab etc.) – along with in-house built infrastructure management utilities to orchestrate internal OpenStack and public infrastructure.

Right now, we are seeking for DevOps, who will contribute to customers’ and internal projects.

Experience 1+ years of relevant work experience as a DevOps/SRE Engineer.

Skills Requirements

Hard:

• Experience in Containerization (Kubernetes/OpenShift/docker);
• Hands-on experience on configuration management tools (Ansible/Terraform);
• Candidate should have knowledge of shell scripting (PYTHON/BASH/Ruby);
• Hands-on experience on Jenkins/GitLab;
• Hands-on experience in git, understanding of branching models;
• Knowledge of programming languages Python/Ruby/Golang;
• Experience of establishing or/and maintaining continuous integration or/and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines;
• Understanding of DevOps methodology and practices;
• Experience in Linux system administration (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian);
• Understanding of HA solutions;
• Knowledge and experience in virtualization technologies (KVM, VMware, OpenStack);
• Experience of identification and elimination of malfunctions;
• Experience with public cloud is an added advantage.
